My name is Miss Wendy. I teach the afternoon pre-k children (5 year-olds). I have been a teacher at Creative for one year, but my relationship with Creative started five years ago when my sons attended. My sons are now first and third graders. I attended college at the University of Hawaii where I received my B.S. in elementary education. I taught elementary school for seven years before deciding to stay at home until my youngest was in school full time. My year at Creative has been fun, exciting and fulfilling. I love to see the children’s eyes light up when they ‘get it!’  Whatever is it I’m teaching, you can tell at this age when it ‘clicks.’
